Donna Richardson

Donna Richardson is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in total rewards, employee relations, and strategic organizational management. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at Shearer's Foods, Donna has held various HR leadership roles at companies such as Xellia Pharmaceuticals, Trimble Inc., and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Donna's expertise includes managing compensation functions, employee relations issues, and developing training programs, along with contributing to initiatives such as the COVID-19 Task Force in response to the pandemic.
