Kimberly Davenport

Kimberly Davenport began their work experience as a Recruiter at FirstEnergy Corp. in 2005. Kimberly then moved on to The Longaberger Company where they worked as an HR Manager from 1999 to 2005. In 2006, they joined Shearer's Snacks as a Human Resources Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources for Ohio and PA Operations. In 2017, they took on the role of Director of Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Shearer's Snacks. Kimberly has extensive experience in developing and implementing human resources policies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Kimberly Davenport holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Cleveland State University, which they completed in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The University of Akron, which they completed in 1993. Earlier in their educational journey, Davenport attended McKinley High School. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a certification as a DDI Virtual Classroom Facilitator Booster from DDI | Development Dimensions International in November 2020.
