Anshum Sinha

Anshum Sinha's work experience includes holding the role of Chief Operating Officer at Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians, where they are responsible for cultivating a result-driven organization and promoting a culture of innovation and service excellence. Anshum works with the senior leadership team to drive growth and development of the workforce. Anshum also served as SVP & Country Manager at Shearwater CPO® from December 2013 to June 2018.

Anshum is a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP) starting from January 2022. Anshum was also an Asia Advisory Council Member at HITRUST from September 2020 to December 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Anshum worked at EXL, where they held various positions including Vice President Operations, Vice President & Head of Operations, Czech Republic, Vice President, Projects, Vice President, Operations, Assistant Vice President, Manager Operations, and Team Lead. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in optimizing operational efficiencies, designing solutions for healthcare challenges, and managing large client relationships.

Anshum Sinha attended the Asian Institute of Management from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained an Executive Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management. They also participated in a workshop by Venkat Ramaswamy at the Ross School of Business on the topic of Co-Creating Unique Value with Customers. Additionally, Anshum Sinha has experience with Strategic Analysis for Competitive Advantage, acquired through the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, although specific dates are not provided.
