Don Keith Gigante

Don Keith Gigante has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Don Keith started their career in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative at TeleTech. In 2011, they joined Outcomes Health Information Solutions as a Medical Coder/Team Leader, where they were responsible for leading a team, providing coaching and mentoring, and ensuring the successful completion of production volume. In 2012, they worked as a Medical Coder at Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians. Don Keith then progressively moved up the ranks within the company, holding roles such as Team Lead, Program Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and currently as the Associate Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Don has demonstrated strong leadership, management, and analytical skills.

Don Keith Gigante completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Centro Escolar University, from 2004 to 2008. In 2019, they attended the Asian Institute of Management for the Basic Management Program. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Central Colleges of the Philippines, expected to be completed in 2023.
