Roger Marchand

Roger Marchand is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Associate Engineer at Sheaumann Laser since January 2022. Prior to this role, Roger was self-employed from January 2016 to January 2022 and previously worked as an Operations Tech IV at EMD Millipore from December 1997 to January 2016. Roger's early career includes military service with the Mass National Guard from 1985 to 2005, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant (SSG), and a position as an Operator/Programmer at Eastprint, Inc. from December 1991 to November 1996, where responsibilities included writing and programming CNC machines.
