Boris Fizdel

Boris Fizdel currently serves as the Director of Operations and Programs Development at Sheba Beyond, Israel’s first virtual hospital, since April 2022, leading unique medical initiatives utilizing advanced technology. Prior to this role, Boris held various positions at Sheba - Tel Ha Shomer Hospital from October 2010 to April 2022, including Head Nurse of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and ECMO Coordinator. Boris began the nursing career at Clalit Health Services as a Registered Nurse at Soroka Medical Hospital from January 2008 to August 2010 and also worked as a Security Selector at the Port of Ashdod in 2006. Academically, Boris holds a degree in Registered Nursing from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and has completed several advanced courses in pediatric intensive care and clinical guidance at Sheba Medical Hospital.
