Tracey Butkus

Tracey Butkus, MSM-HR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Training at Shedd Aquarium since September 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Executive and Career Development Manager at Orlando Health from January 2021 to September 2024. Tracey spent over 13 years at Walt Disney World, holding various positions such as Talent Strategy Manager for Leadership Development, Production Manager, Training Integration Manager, Entertainment Manager, Training Consultant, and Production Assistant. Earlier roles include Product Team Lead and On-site Event Coordinator at Dynetech Management Corporation from January 2005 to May 2006. Tracey holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Illinois State University and a Master's degree in Business/Human Resources from the University of Central Florida.
