Jeremy Plunkett

Jeremy Plunkett is a seasoned health and wellness professional with experience in various coaching and rehabilitation roles. Currently serving as a Virtual Health Coach at ShedRx since September 2024, Jeremy previously worked as a Wellness Coach at QuadMed Onsite Health and Wellness from February 2020 to July 2024. Prior positions include Health Coach roles at Froedtert Health (January 2017 - February 2020) and Outlook Health and Wellness / Healics Inc. (April 2013 - February 2020). Additionally, Jeremy has experience as a Health Screening Technician/Health Coach at Accountable Health Solutions and Cigna, along with a background as a Rehabilitation Assistant at Aurora Sports Medicine Institute and Innovative Health and Fitness. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Gerontology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has consistently focused on improving health and wellness through coaching and program design.
