Louay Akkad is currently employed at Fresha as an Engineering Leader, managing teams focused on creating a top-notch user experience in wellness and beauty. Previously, Louay worked at McKinsey & Company as a Staff Software Engineer, and at Urban Massage as a Senior Software Engineer. Louay played a key role in implementing systems for logistics, payments, and accounting, as well as expanding the product team and company size. Louay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing from the University of Portsmouth.
