Melissa Pollard

Melissa Pollard is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in implementation and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Project Manager at SheerID since March 2022, Melissa previously held the role of Implementation Manager at Mend, where a team of eight was managed, and significant improvements in client satisfaction ratings and operational efficiency were achieved. Prior to that, roles included Operations Manager at HIS Capital Group and General Manager at The Picture Show, where leadership and strategic initiatives led to substantial budget reductions and revenue growth. Additionally, Melissa has a military background as an Aviation Boatswain's Mate Handler in the United States Navy.
