Frank Dorval has over five years of experience in marketing and content management. Frank began their career in 2015 as a Digital Marketing Specialist at BR Internet. In 2016, they became a Creative & Content Marketing Specialist at Intersil, which was later acquired by Renesas Electronics Corporation. At Renesas, Frank developed and oversaw creative for the global advertising program and designed, planned, and implemented various inbound and outbound nurturing campaigns. In 2018, they joined Forte Foundation as an Email Marketing Specialist, where they increased average open rates and clickthrough rates through segmentation, tactical email targeting, automation, and personalization. Frank then joined Tinuiti as an Email & CRM Specialist in 2019 and was responsible for implementing campaign and trigger workflow strategies. In 2020, Frank became a Lifecycle & Retention Consultant and later joined Everlywell as a Lifecycle and Retention - Email Marketing Manager. There, they developed and implemented highly personalized emails using data feeds to increase engagement metrics and drive revenue. In 2021, they joined Sheets & Giggles as VP of Marketing, Director of Retention Marketing, and Sr. Retention Marketing Manager.
