Mru Sathappan has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles in different companies. Currently, they are the Director of Shef Success at Shef and handles partnerships as well. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Gantri, where they increased holiday conversion 3.5 times YoY by starting PR efforts. Mrugesha (Mru) has also worked as a Product Management Intern at Intuit, where they implemented on-boarding solutions that resulted in 35% less customer abandonment. In addition, they have worked as a Strategist at EdVenture Partners, winning first place in an international competition and generating 144 impressions per dollar spent through social media, events, and educational efforts. During their early-career years, they worked as a Marketing & Business Development Intern at SEQUEL-Pomegranate Health Systems of Central Ohio, Inc. and a Marketing Intern at Arkadium.
