Sven Fors

Sven Fors is the current General Manager of Shef in Seattle. Prior to this, they were an Operations Manager with Crisp, a Last Mile Logistics company. Sven has also served as a Co-founder of Pelogico, an Uber Eats Account Management Lead, and a Food & Beverage Supervisor with Edge Steak & Bar.

Sven Fors has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Business Administration from Cornell University.

Sven Fors reports to Joey Grassia, Founder & Co-CEO. They work with Vanessa Serrano - GM, Chicago, John Van Syke, III - Head of Growth, and Amy Dudley - Head of Communications.
