- Responsible for the billing of all contracted customers

- Oversee all communication in relation to billing (customers, drivers, dispatchers, etc.)

- Responsible for setting up new contracted customers in Towbook/QB

- Run weekly report to see when vehicles are over 45 days

- Work with finance manager & payroll coordinator as needed
