Wei Huang

Wei (Andy) Huang has a strong background in logistics and supply chain management. Wei (Andy) began their career as an intern and management trainee at World Shipping, Inc. in 2001. Wei (Andy) then worked at McPherson Binding Pty Ltd as a Production Lead for the packing and finishing line.

In 2004, Huang joined Digital China as a Senior Logistics Manager. Here, they supported the General Manager of Logistics Center in starting a 3PL logistics company called Instant Technology Logistics, where they were responsible for strategy, marketing positioning, organization transformation, and KPI design.

Huang then joined Amazon in 2006 and held various management positions, including Technology Project Manager, General Manager of a Fulfillment Center, and Senior Manager of Global Operations Integration. Wei (Andy) led projects to improve customer experience and successfully launched new fulfillment centers.

In 2018, Huang joined Cainiao Network as Vice President of China Supply Chain and Logistics. Wei (Andy) played a key role in transforming Cainiao from a 4PL model to a technology-based 3PL and 4PL hybrid model. Wei (Andy) also oversaw the integration of two top supply chain companies, ALOG and Bestlyn, with Cainiao, significantly enhancing its business development and operational capabilities.

From 2021 to 2022, Huang served as the Group Chief Logistics Officer, Managing Director, and CEO of LEL & LEX at Lazada. Wei (Andy) led a 2-year strategy to develop Guarantee Delivery as a competitive service differentiator and improved logistics operation performance and efficiency.

Currently, Huang is the Head of US Fulfillment & Logistics at SHEIN Distribution Corporation, a position they have held since 2023. Wei (Andy)'srole involves overseeing fulfillment and logistics operations in the United States.

Throughout their career, Huang has demonstrated expertise in optimizing logistics networks, improving operational performance, reducing costs, and increasing revenue for the companies they have worked for.

Wei (Andy) Huang has a Bachelor's degree in Logistics from Dalian Maritime University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Wei (Andy) then pursued a Master's degree in Logistics at the University of Wollongong from 2002 to 2003.
