Tina Fallarme

Tina Fallarme is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in managing and optimizing operational processes across various sectors. Currently serving as the Operations & Workplace Experience Regional Lead for EMEA at SHEIN since May 2023, Tina has previously contributed to Meta as the EMEA Senior Partner Operations from April 2020 to March 2023. Prior to that, roles at Telstra included Head of Operations for the Contact Centre International and Senior Partner/Vendor Manager. Tina's extensive experience further includes positions at Netspend, ANZ, JPMorgan Chase & Co., eTelecare Global Solutions, and Epixtar, showcasing a strong capability in vendor management, service delivery, and HR and payroll operations across multiple regions. Tina holds a master's degree in business administration from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Far Eastern University.
