Voitto Kuronen

Voitto Kuronen is an accomplished civil engineering professional with extensive experience in road maintenance and asset management projects. Currently serving as Team Leader and Senior Road Maintenance Engineer at Sheladia Associates Inc. since August 2019, Voitto directs a team of specialists in the “Rural Road Asset Management” project, focusing on institutional development and road classification. Prior roles include Team Leader and Road Asset Management Expert at Sweco Danmark A/S, where Voitto contributed to climate-resilient road planning and maintenance. Voitto has also worked with various consulting firms and governmental bodies, focusing on performance-based contracts, technical specifications, and capacity building in road management. Voitto holds an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
