Kathy Mahlberg

Kathy Mahlberg has had work experience at two companies. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Home Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Kathy then joined Shelby County State Bank in 2003 and held the role of Vice President/Compliance Officer. Kathy is responsible for handling a wide array of mortgages and assisting customers from origination to completion. Kathy is also in charge of lending compliance.

Kathy Mahlberg earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Banking & Finance at Des Moines Area Community College.
