Alissa Cummo

Alissa Cummo is an experienced attorney specializing in commercial real estate, secured lending, and SBA 7(a) and 504 loans. Currently serving as Counsel at Sheley, Hall & Williams, P.C. since February 2023, Cummo has held similar counsel positions at Smith Gambrell Russell and Krevolin & Horst, LLC. Prior legal experience includes roles as an attorney at Stanley, Esrey & Buckley, LLP and Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP, as well as earlier positions at James, Bates, Pope & Spivey, LLP, Hall County District Attorney's Office, and Andersen, Tate & Carr.
