The founding team at Shelf Engine has experience in a variety of industries, including food service, renewable energy, and education. The team's leader, the CEO, has a background in business development and operations. Other members of the team have experience in actuarial work and mathematics. All of this experience and education has prepared the team to develop and launch Shelf Engine, a cloud-based software platform that helps food service businesses manage their inventory and operations.
