Shalu Arora

Shalu Arora is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as the Global Head of People and Culture at Shelf, Shalu has previously held significant roles including Head of Talent at Revolent Group, Head of Talent Acquisition for Engineering, Tech, and Product at Vroom, and Talent Acquisition Leader at both Iron Mountain and ADP's RPO Division. Shalu Arora possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University and furthered education at the University of Connecticut from 2018 to 2020.
