Victoria Sevilla

Victoria Sevilla has a diverse and extensive work experience. Victoria currently holds the role of Global Head of People and Culture at Celestial AI, where they focus on creating a generative corporate culture, talent management, leadership development, organizational development, employee engagement, and change management. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Global People Development, Culture & DEI at Turntide Technologies, where they led initiatives such as onboarding programs, executive coaching, culture evolution, diversity and inclusion initiatives, performance management, and talent planning. Victoria also served as the Director of Global People Development and Team Effectiveness at VMware, where they designed and facilitated leadership development programs and global leadership summits.
