Apoorv Saxena

Apoorv Saxena possesses extensive experience in project management within the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Projects at Shell Energy Australia since January 2022, focusing on large-scale grid-connected battery energy storage systems (BESS) projects. Previous roles include Project Manager positions at Enel Green Power and the Department of Transport, along with leadership experience as Project Manager Team Lead. Apoorv’s career began with roles at TGOOD Australia, Schneider Electric, Alstom, National Fertilizers Limited, and Siemens Technology India, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering and project delivery. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Project Management/Electrical Power from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University.
