Omotayo Oluyemi

Omotayo Oluyemi has extensive experience in talent development and management, currently serving as a Talent Excellence Advisor at Shell since July 2022. Prior to this role, Omotayo held various positions at Nigeria LNG Limited from January 2008, including Head of Talent Development, Head of Payroll and Benefits, SAP Payroll Specialist, Employee Relations Officer, and Condition of Service Officer. Earlier experience includes a Management Trainee position at Nigeria Breweries Plc from January 2007 to January 2008, where responsibilities involved collaborating with consultants on a Distributor Management Solution and overseeing its implementation. Omotayo holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lagos State University, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Ibadan, and an SAP HCM Certification from SAP Academy.
