Raymond Hagedoorn

Raymond Hagedoorn is an experienced cost consultant and engineer with a diverse background in cost engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Consultant at Shell since January 2019, Raymond supports the Skyline and REDIIGREEN projects. With over two decades at Cost Engineering, Raymond has held multiple roles, including Senior Cost Consultant and Senior Cost Engineer, focusing on high-level estimates, estimate validations, and budget preparation for marine transport and offshore installations. Additionally, Raymond has contributed to education as a teacher of the "Cost Control" section in the "Essenties van Cost Engineering" course since May 2004. Raymond's earlier experience includes roles in estimating and work preparation in the oil and gas industry at I.C. Vermeer. Academically, Raymond holds degrees in Cost Engineering, Value Engineering, and Commercial Technology from various reputable institutions.
