Wayne Pearce

Wayne Pearce has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in production excellence and process safety assurance. Wayne is currently serving as the Senior Vice President HSE at ADNOC Group and previously held key leadership positions at Shell, including Vice President Production Excellence JV and Managing Director at SAPREF - JV Refinery. Wayne has a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath and has held various roles in Shell across different countries.
