Vice President Sales & Logistics North Division (a CRH Company) at The Shelly Company

Ryan Lumpford has a diverse work experience in the construction and logistics industry. From 2016 to present, they have worked at The Shelly Company, first as a Sales Manager overseeing sales professionals for limestone quarries and asphalt plants in the Toledo market, as well as managing aggregate rail distribution. Ryan then became the Rail Division Manager, responsible for operations, sales, and transportation for railed limestone resale yards. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Sales & Logistics North Division, overseeing sales and transportation in multiple markets and managing various teams and assets.

Prior to joining The Shelly Company, Ryan worked at Michigan Paving & Materials as a Logistics Manager, responsible for managing a third-party truck fleet and implementing innovative supply chain strategies. Before that, they were the General Manager at Collector's World. Ryan has a strong background in sales, marketing, and logistics, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and driving business growth.

Ryan Lumpford attended Monroe County Community College from 1993 to 1994, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. In terms of additional certifications, Ryan obtained a Solution Selling Facilitator certification from Richardson Sales Performance in November 2022. Ryan also acquired a Leadership Deep Dive certification from Case Western Reserve University in 2021 and a Gap Partnership - New Negotiator certification from The Gap Partnership in 2015.
