Shelter Associates is a Civil Society Organization (CSO) established in 1994 to improve the living conditions of the urban poor in India. The vision is to foresee a nation where every citizen has access to basic infrastructure and secure tenure, leading to equal distribution of rights. Our main activities include technology led facilitation of essential services focusing around healthcare and sanitation. Our project ‘One Home One Toilet’ caters to the basic need for sanitation and hygiene in urban slums and informal settlements.
