Jennifer Sandova

Jennifer Sandova, MA, PHR, currently serves as the Director of The Loudoun Homeless Services Center at Shelter House, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Jennifer held significant roles, including Compliance, Development, and Support Specialist at Seven Hills Foundation since December 2020, and Interim Director of Operations at Craig's Doors-A Home Association Homeless Shelter from March to December 2023. Further experience includes serving as Clinical Support Manager for the Housing First Harm Reduction Team at Open Pantry-Southern Middlesex Opportunity Council from February 2022 to December 2023, and as Program Director at Metro Care from September 2019 to December 2020. Jennifer's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice Forensic Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, as well as multiple degrees and certifications in psychology, political science, business administration, and project planning from various institutions.
