Sue Dubey

Sue Dubey has extensive experience in the mortgage underwriting field, currently serving as an Underwriter III at NewRez LLC since August 2011, where responsibilities include underwriting FHA, VA, Bond, and conventional loans. In addition to this role, Sue also works as a Mortgage Underwriter for Shelter Mortgage, proficient in various automated underwriting engines and focused on loans for FNMA and FHLMC. Prior to these positions, Sue gained 27 years of experience at MGIC, holding several roles that culminated in a mortgage underwriter position, which involved underwriting to investor guidelines for secondary market sales. Sue graduated with a diploma from Milwaukee Hamilton High School in 1984.
