Carlos Cox

Carlos Cox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network engineering and community service. Currently serving as a Government Network and Security Engineer at Verizon since May 2018, Carlos previously held positions at Charter Communications and AT&T, where responsibilities included troubleshooting network outages and managing LAN/WAN solutions in a NOC environment. In addition to technical expertise, Carlos has been a Community Volunteer at Shelter the Homeless since January 2012, supporting the Fordham House in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Carlos's career also includes a role as Group Home Manager at O’Berry Neuro-Medical Treatment Center, focusing on training and care for individuals with severe developmental issues. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Fayetteville State University, along with an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice Technology from Lenoir Community College.
