The Learning and Development Team at ShelterBox is responsible for enhancing the skills, knowledge, and competencies of staff and volunteers to ensure effective and efficient emergency response. This includes designing and delivering training programs, coordinating skill-building workshops, and providing ongoing educational support to deployable personnel. Their goal is to continuously improve the team's ability to deliver emergency shelter and vital aid to communities in crisis.
