Emily Wilson serves as a Learning and Development Officer (deployable) at ShelterBox since February 2023 and is the Founder and Director of The Pandora Project, a not-for-profit organization aimed at enhancing the resilience and wellbeing of volunteers and aid workers. With extensive experience in humanitarian roles, Emily previously coordinated skills acquisition at Action For Women, focused on supporting refugee women, and has held multiple positions at Eleonas refugee camp, leading over 2000 international volunteers. Emily's background includes logistics coordination for Refugee4Refugees, a founding internship with Helping The Helpers, and teaching roles across various educational institutions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Humanitarian Affairs from the University of York and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Falmouth University.
