Sheltering Arms Institute
Cristin Beazley currently serves as the Manager of Clinical Science at Sheltering Arms Institute and Sheltering Arms Physical Rehabilitation Centers, where responsibilities include knowledge translation, implementation science, specialty program development, and promotion of clinical research. Cristin has expertise in translating evidence-based practices into clinical care and has led the development of a concussion program, including the creation of clinical practice guidelines for concussion treatment. Additionally, Cristin is a course instructor for Summit Professional Education, teaching a national continuing education course on concussion injury management. Prior experience includes roles as a Physical Therapist at Children's Hospital Richmond/VCU and Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. Cristin holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from James Madison University.
