Gisele Awkar

Gisele Awkar is a seasoned professional in customer success and product development, currently serving as Customer Success Lead and Product Owner at SHELVZ since March 2015. In this role, Gisele manages the SHELVZ field force solution, leading its full lifecycle while actively engaging with customers across Lebanon, Portugal, Kuwait, UAE, and KSA to address their needs. Previously, Gisele functioned as Customer Success Manager and Product Developer, playing a pivotal role in creating the merchandisr platform from inception to implementation. Earlier experience includes a Software Developer position at Codefish and Deerail office, alongside a Master of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering obtained from Université Antonine in 2014.
