Shiza Ansari

Shiza Ansari is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shiza held the position of Head of Human Resources - India at BIC from March 2015 to January 2023 and served as a Senior HR Consultant at Larsen & Toubro between August 2014 and February 2015. Shiza also worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at both Volkswagen India from December 2011 to July 2014 and Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. from March 2004 to December 2011. Earlier career experience includes a role as an Associate at Resources Center, focusing on talent acquisition for mid to senior-level positions. Shiza holds an MMS in Human Resource from the University of Mumbai and a B.Com in Commerce from R A Podar College of Commerce & Economics, in addition to completion of further education at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
