Emily Speaks

Emily Speaks is a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with experience in various educational settings, including Shenandoah County Public Schools, Page County Public Schools, and Greene County Public Schools. Currently serving as a Speech Language Pathologist at Shenandoah County Public Schools since July 2023, Emily has previously worked in pediatric therapy at Small Talk Pediatric Therapy Center and provided services to preschool children at Greene County Public Schools. Emily's academic background includes a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Radford University and a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University. During graduate studies, Emily gained extensive clinical experience, including roles as a student clinician in diverse settings, providing diagnostic and treatment services for speech, language, and pragmatic disorders. Emily's early work experience includes customer service roles at Luray Caverns Corp, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
