Jenny Tilburg

Jenny Tilburg has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as the Operations Field Service Coordinator at Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative since August 2017. Previously, Jenny held various roles in member services within the same organization. A background in retail sales is demonstrated through positions at nTelos Wireless and Sprint, where skills in customer relations and conflict management were developed. Additionally, Jenny contributed as a writer and publisher for Macaroni Kid Harrisonburg from June 2017 to June 2018. Leadership experience includes serving as PTA President for the National PTA. Jenny's education includes an Associate of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Phoenix.
