Bobbi Strother

Bobbi Strother, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in various human resources roles. Bobbi is currently the Director of Human Resources Operations at Shentel since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Duff & Phelps as a Human Capital Business Partner from March 2019 to November 2019. Bobbi also had a long tenure at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they served as a Human Resources Senior Manager and Senior Manager of Human Resources from October 2012 to March 2019. Bobbi's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resource Manager at Masco Cabinetry from May 2007 to September 2012.

Bobbi Strother, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from National University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Bobbi also has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech, which they acquired from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their educational background, Bobbi holds certifications as an SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management, obtained in October 2015, and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), obtained in October 2006.
