Robert is currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain and Procurement at Shentel, where they are leading a comprehensive supply chain management transformation. Their responsibilities include strategic sourcing, procurement, supply planning, and logistics optimization. Robert manages a diverse team of over 30 professionals and fosters a culture of teamwork and continuous growth.

Prior to their current role, Robert worked at L3Harris Technologies for 15 years, holding various leadership positions. As the Director of Supply Chain Management, they led strategic sourcing, procurement, and subcontract management efforts for the Public Safety and Professional Communications and Night Vision sectors. During their tenure, they achieved significant cost savings and robust support for substantial annual revenues. Robert also served as the Senior Manager of Category Management, where they specialized in optimizing indirect procurement and implementing innovative e-sourcing strategies. Additionally, Robert served as the Manager of Planning and Materials Control, where they oversaw materials planning, procurement, and logistics optimization. Robert also managed business excellence projects that streamlined inventory management and operational processes. Before that, they held the role of Manager of Commodity Management, where they optimized global strategic sourcing and nurtured deep supplier partnerships.

Earlier in their career, Robert worked at Springs Global US, Inc. as the Senior Sales, Inventory, and Operations (SIOP) Planner. In this role, they guided planning efforts, drove strategic initiatives, and implemented Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
