Samir Ghosh

Samir Ghosh has held a number of roles in the technology industry since 2007. In 2007, they began their career as a TA Specialist at DCA Infotech. Samir then moved to EQUILIBRE in 2009, where they held the role of Business Acquisition & Delivery - Media & Technology. In 2011, they took on the role of Strategic Staffing Lead - Infra Transformation at Syntel. Samir then moved to Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets in 2012, where they held the role of Regional Talent Leader - Asia Pacific (Capital Markets Technology Unit). In 2017, they joined EPAM Systems as Talent Acquisition Leader (Product & Platform Engineering Factory). In 2018, they joined iKrux Engineering as an Executive Board Member. Most recently, in 2019, Samir founded Shenzyn, an exclusive AI-based marketplace for diversity growth, and currently holds the role of Founder & COO. Samir is also a member of the Advisory Board at a Stealth Startup, beginning in 2022.

Samir Ghosh completed their Senior secondry in Science at CARMEL C.E.M SCHOOL from 2000 to 2003. Samir then went on to obtain a B.E (I.T) in Information Technology from Shri Shankaracharya College of Engineering & Technology from 2003 to 2007. In 2019, they attended Y Combinator's Startup School to further their knowledge in Information Technology.
