Meena Iyer

Meena Iyer is an experienced professional in quality and process improvement, currently serving as the Manager of Quality and Outcomes Management at Shepherd Center since March 2015. Previous roles include Senior Process Improvement Advisor at the same organization, Regional Quality Improvement Consultant at Kaiser Permanente from April 2012 to February 2013, and Project Manager-Lean Six Sigma at Rockwell Automation from May 2006 to April 2012, where Meena attained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Earlier career experience includes positions as a New Product Introduction Engineer and Industrial Engineer at Emerson Network Power from January 2001 to October 2005. Meena Iyer holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University and has educational credentials from St Xavier's Gandhinagar.
