Bob Mott

Bob Mott has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Bob most recently worked at Shepherd Insurance LLC as a Senior Account Manager, starting in June 2014. Prior to that, they worked at QBE Insurance as an Underwriter from November 2012 to May 2014. From 2010 to 2012, Bob held the role of Motorsports Insurance Manager at National Karting Alliance & Janowski Insurance Group. Bob was the Director of Facilities at WSIB Motorsports Insurance from 2005 to 2010. Before that, they worked as a Home Office Underwriter at Safeco Insurance from 1998 to 2004. Bob began their career as a Senior Underwriter at USF&G Insurance in 1991, where they worked until 1996.

Bob Mott attended Notre Dame High School in West Haven, CT from 1971 to 1975, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma program. Bob then enrolled in the University of Connecticut School of Business from 1977 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
