Shannon Russell

Shannon Russell has a strong background in employee benefits and has been working in the industry for several years. They started their career at Anthem as a Large Group Underwriter from February 1992 to October 1998. After that, they joined Gallagher Benefit Services as an Area Executive Vice President, Key Accounts in October 1998, where they focused on advising the company's largest and most complex clients. They also specialized in union negotiation, clinic consultation, compliance assessment, and strategic planning. In May 2016, Shannon moved on to Shepherd Insurance as a Partner and Director of Employee Benefits. In this role, they utilized their extensive knowledge and expertise to design custom solutions for clients, analyze programs, and develop cutting-edge strategies within budgetary constraints.

Shannon Russell completed an Associate's Degree in Mathematics from Vincennes University, from 1990 to 1992. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from Purdue University, from 1992 to 1994.
