She' (Shay) Hicks

She' Hicks has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. From 2019 to the present, they have been working as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Shepherd Insurance. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2019, they worked at Smith Insurance Group in multiple roles. She' (Shay) was a 2-20 General Lines Agent, responsible for writing various types of insurance policies and providing excellent customer service. She' (Shay) also worked as a 4-40 Insurance CSR, handling customer inquiries and assisting with policy management. Before joining the insurance industry, they worked at Pineapple Press from 1999 to 2014. In this role, they served as a Promotions Coordinator, In-House Designer, and Production Manager. She' (Shay) was responsible for promoting titles through trade shows, managing social media platforms, and creating various promotional materials. Lastly, they were a Business Owner from 2011 to 2014 at Small-Business Media Strategies LLC.

She' Hicks obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida. She' (Shay) also attended Pine View School for high school. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including the 2-20 General Lines Insurance Agent certification from the State of Florida, the Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) certification from The Institutes, and the Florida Workers' Compensation Specialist Designation (FLWCS) from Wickstrom.
