Kate Ware

Kate Ware has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kate started their career as an HR Consultant at Just Group plc in 2010 before moving on to Southern Cross Healthcare Group as a Regional HR Manager in 2011. At Southern Cross Healthcare, they managed complex employee relations cases and achieved significant reductions in employment tribunals and suspensions. Kate then worked as an HR Consultant/Regional People Manager at Virgin Active, where they resolved ER issues and harmonized HR policies following an acquisition.
