David Hysong

David Hysong has worked in various roles since 2013. In 2016, they became the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SHEPHERD, a computational oncology company. In 2017, they founded and became Executive Chairman of The SHEPHERD Foundation, the non-profit arm of SHEPHERD Therapeutics. David was also named a 30 Under 30 by Forbes in 2017 and became a Spotlight Health Scholar at The Aspen Institute. David'swork experience began in 2013 when they were a Seminarian at Harvard University.

David Hysong has a diverse and impressive educational background. David earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Transylvania University in Economics, French Literature, and Philosophy. David then went on to earn a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from St. John's College in Intellectual History. David also studied at L'Institut Catholique de Paris in Philosophy and Economics. In 2012, they earned a D.C.E. from the University of Oxford in Philosophy. David then went on to earn a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from Harvard University in Religion, Ethics & Politics. Most recently, they completed a 54-credit Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School in Business Administration and Management.
