Andrew Warner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Andrew started their career in 2002 as a Business Development professional at City Link. Andrew then moved up to become an Account Manager, responsible for new business growth and client retention. In 2008, they became an Operations Manager at City Link, overseeing the day-to-day management of the Milton Keynes Depot and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

In 2011, Warner joined DX (Group) plc as a General Manager, where they successfully delivered strategic projects and led business unit turnarounds. Andrew also served as the Network Change Manager, leading operational integration and transformation efforts.

In 2015, Warner joined the National Pharmacy Association (NPA) as an Interim Management Consultant, advising on strategy and change management. Andrew later became the Head of Change and Programmes, leading a transformation program and delivering an e-commerce platform. In 2018, they became the Director of Business Improvement at NPA, driving strategic development and service innovation.

In 2019, Warner joined the Shepherds Bush Housing Group as the Interim Director of Innovation, where they designed and delivered a new Target Operating Model and restructuring the senior leadership team. Andrew then moved on to become the Chief Strategy Officer and Deputy Chief Executive, responsible for strategy, executive leadership, and operational planning. Currently, they are serving as the Managing Director at Shepherds Bush Housing Group.

Throughout their career, Warner has demonstrated expertise in strategy, business improvement, program management, and operational efficiency. Andrew has also successfully led digital innovation initiatives and transformation programs.

Andrew Warner obtained a Diploma of Higher Education (DipHE Open) in Business Studies with Economics from The Open University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Andrew also possesses additional certifications, including ITIL 4 Foundation Level Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2021, MSP® Certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018, PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2015, and Managing Safely from IOSH.
