Caroline Moore

Caroline Moore has extensive work experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Caroline is currently an Executive Director of People & Corporate Services at Shepherds Bush Housing Group since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of People, Culture & Communication at the same company since July 2019. From January 2019, they also served as a Non Executive Director & Remuneration Committee Director at Thirteen Group. Earlier in their career, they worked at Sage as a People Director for Northern Europe from September 2016 to August 2018, and as Head of People for the UK & Ireland from April 2011 to September 2016. Before joining Sage, they were employed at GE Capital, where they held roles as Head of Resourcing from December 2009 to July 2010, and as a Senior HR Business Partner from August 2005 to December 2009. Caroline also worked at Sage as a Human Resources Manager from September 2001 to July 2005, and at Expedia as a Human Resources Manager for the TV Travel Group from 1998 to 2001.

Caroline Moore obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Leeds Beckett University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended St Bedes School in Lanchester, Co Durham from 1985 to 1992, but no specific degree or field of study was indicated.
