Jeffrey Hazard

Jeffrey Hazard is an experienced leader in employee benefits and human resources information systems, currently serving as the Director of Benefits & HRIS at Sheppard Pratt since September 2019. Previously, Jeffrey held multiple senior roles at Discovery Communications from February 2005 to April 2019, including Vice President of Benefits & Global HRIS, where responsibility extended to overseeing benefit programs for 3,500 employees across the US and Latin America with an annual budget of $50 million. Earlier roles at Discovery also encompassed management of global mobility and compensation programs. Jeffrey began a career in compensation at Ascend One, specializing in salary administration and variable pay plans. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Oberlin College.
